We use high quality materials and each piece of jewelry is made to last you over the years without discolouring. We believe in the longevity of our products and have decided to offer our community a two-year guarantee against rusting, tarnishing or color fading.

The guarantee does not apply to:

- Scratches and damage caused by yourself or by third parties

What do I do if my jewelry seems tarnished or the color has faded?

In the rare event that the jewelry appears tarnished or faded, please contact us at info@hilaling.com so we can take care of it.

Please have the following ready:

• order number
• a clear photo of the jewellery pice, with focus on the tarnished/faded area
• current shipping address and name/color/details of the jewelry so we can replace it for you (if available)
