You can register your return here in just a few steps. To do this, enter your zip code and your order number in the fields provided and click on "Start".

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email.

If you can't find your order number, contact us and let us know your full name. We will then send you your order number.

After you have registered the return with us, we will check it and send you a confirmation email. Address the package to the address given in the confirmation email.

We currently offer no free returns. Make sure to send the goods insured , because if they get lost you are not liable as the sender. Be sure to keep the receipt!

The refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods. We'll refund your money to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

What is my return policy?

You have the right to return the products within 30 days after receiving the package without giving any reason.

Which goods can be returned?

Products can only be returned in their original condition. That means they must be new and unworn.

In the case of products that have an error (e.g. defect), this must be reported to us in advance. Contact us in that case and we will check your request. Otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the full purchase price can be refunded.

Personalized items (e.g. with engraving) and voucher cards can not be returned.

When purchasing a jewelry set, all items included in the set must be returned together. Also make sure that the jewelry is returned with the jewelry boxes/pouches they came with.

If you received a free item for a specific product as a result of a promotion, it must be returned together with the product.
