The heart (Arabic Qalb) is subject to constant changes. It is the center of the body, feelings and beliefs. It is the believer's job to observe and pay attention to the condition of his heart. The aim is to free the heart from bad character traits and spiritual illnesses in order to meet the Creator with a sound/pure heart (Arabic: Qalbun salim).

- Without Allah's names/Quranic verses: You can wear it without concern in any situation (e.g., words like "Sabr," "Iman," etc.).
- With Allah's names/Quranic verses: Out of respect, it is recommended to remove or cover such jewelry in certain situations (like in the restroom), if possible. For example, necklaces can be worn under a shirt. The Prophet ﷺ himself would turn his ring into the palm of his hand and make a fist in such moments.
